I start every day with a routine. It’s an incredibly powerful way to ensure I’m productive when I only have myself to keep me accountable. ♻⚡💥
🛏🤸♂️ My mind wakes without an alarm, usually about 8 hours after I go to bed. Then I do ‘7 minute workout’ to wake up my body.
🍳💊 Then I make a quick protein-rich breakfast of eggs or a shake, and take vitamins and brain enhancers (see my video), have a shower, get dressed, and get out of the house.
☕🔋 It’s critical that I get out and get a coffee asap. This ensures that I start working and get some positive momentum to power on through the day.
I also have a number of other routines, such as the current one of making a LinkedIn video everyday, along with evening warm down routines.
